Selling your vehicle can be a hassle from answering endless emails and phone calls to low-ball offers and no shows. Paintworks Unlimited helps you get top dollar by doing a full write up, taking detailed professional photos, and a high definition video which properly showcases your vehicle! Paintworks Unlimited markets your vehicle, not only locally but to qualified buyers worldwide, and handles all the details. Your vehicle will be listed on our website, all of our third party advertisers, and all of our social media accounts.
Initial Consignment Fee: $395 – This covers complete detailing of the vehicle, photo shoot, website and social media placement, and marketing with all of our third party advertisers.
Consignment Commission: We structure our commission on a percentage of the sales price. This incentivizes the sales team to try to get you maximum value for your vehicle.
Our consignment commission is: $2,500 or 10% of the vehicle sales price (Whichever is higher).
All Consignment Fees and Commissions Are Negotiable for Certain Vehicles or Vehicle Collections
What Type of Consignments Do We Accept?
- Classic Cars (American, European, and Asian)
- Antique Pre-War Vehicles
- Race Cars and Cars of Historic Importance
- Other Uniqiue Cars as Approved
- Muscle and Exotic Cars (Both Older and Modern)
- We cannot accept cars titled in Ohio
Note:
Vehicle owner must provide a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE with Paintworks Unlimited listed as “Additional Insured”. We do not carry insurance on consigned vehicles and cannot have them on property without the certificate of insurance.
CONSIGNMENT PROCESS
step 1
Submitting the vehicle details through our website consignment portal.
step 2
PWU Will evaluate your consigment against market data and vehicle type, quality, and viability.
step 3
Schedule and appointment to inspect and review the vehicle at our facility to ensure quality, accuracy, and condition.
step 4
Upon acceptance, complete the consignment terms and agreement.
step 5
PWU will complete a marketing package which includes producing a YouTube video of the consignment, Ebay Motors Classified, listing on our website, our social media pages, and all of our thrid party affiliates. PWU will also perform an extensive detail of the vehicle.
step 6
Once marketing package is complete, the consignment will go live and be published on all of our platforms.
step 7
Completion of the sale of the consignment, title transfers, and shipping arrangements.
step 8
Provide consignor with the proceeds of the sale via check or bank wire.
